Anchored by a world-class convention center, a Major League Cricket venue, a flagship hotel, and a vibrant public realm, the plan brings together entertainment, commerce, culture, and community in one extraordinary place. With direct access to multimodal transit, striking public spaces, and a curated mix of uses, Trinity Point is designed to ignite economic opportunity, celebrate urban life, and position Carrollton as a true regional powerhouse.
Key Project Challenges
Despite its strategic location, the District 3E site posed a complex set of challenges. Environmental constraints such as wetlands and flood-prone zones required a forward-thinking approach to mitigation and land use sequencing. Existing infrastructure—including major highways, easements, and disconnected parcels—created physical barriers that risked fragmenting the site. Moreover, Carrollton’s aspiration to compete with regional peers like Plano and Frisco demanded a visionary plan capable of delivering not just density, but identity. This was a project that had to reconcile high ambition with high complexity: shaping a long-term phasing strategy, managing entitlement and rezoning, and designing for both immediate vibrancy and enduring impact.

City Collective responded with a transformational framework—one that turns barriers into assets and orchestrates each phase as a moment of catalytic change. From Trinity Plaza, a luminous civic heart, to Trinity Row, a buzzing main street of activity and exchange, the master plan choreographs a rich urban experience that unfolds in layers over time. Wetland mitigation is handled proactively, unlocking premium development opportunities in later phases while preserving ecological integrity. High-density mixed-use, creative office, public amphitheaters, and a production studio elevate Carrollton’s economic profile and cultural footprint.
