City Collective, in partnership with Pelligra Group, is delivering the Playford CBD Revitalisation Master Plan – four key allotments in Elizabeth, South Australia, enhancing the gateway to the City Centre with independent living residences, a world-class ice arena, an innovation hub, and a sports facility. The development introduces high-quality independent living options and dynamic innovation hubs, while strengthening connections to new civic and retail areas. Designed to create safe, diverse community spaces, the project fosters social inclusion, economic activation, and a strong sense of belonging, representing a major investment in the future of Elizabeth.
Key Project Challenges
The challenge is to build consensus among diverse stakeholders to create a dynamic new edge for the local center, balancing community needs with commercial considerations. Careful staging of implementation is planned to minimise disruption and maximise enjoyment of the new facilities for residents and workers.
