Project Introduction

City Collective played a central role in the development of the Fondren Forward Master Plan, a comprehensive and community-driven vision for the future of Fondren, a historic neighborhood in Jackson, Mississippi. Working in collaboration with the Fondren Renaissance Foundation, local stakeholders, and city officials, City Collective facilitated an inclusive planning process that emphasized community engagement and stakeholder input. The resulting plan aimed to balance Fondren’s unique cultural heritage with modern development strategies, ensuring a vibrant and sustainable future for the neighborhood.
