I’m Sakshi, a Designer working across urban design, architecture, and city planning at City Collective. As an architect and urban designer, I love seeing how cities function and why they sometimes don’t. My work spans different scales, from airport planning to neighborhood proposals and research-led spatial analysis. I approach cities through both design and strategy, looking at how policy, infrastructure, and design decisions show up in everyday life, who feels included, who doesn’t, and how design can shift that in meaningful ways. I enjoy unpacking how small spatial decisions influence larger urban patterns and experiences, sometimes more than we realize. Having lived in multiple cities, I tend to notice how people move, gather, and use space almost instinctively. Everyday walks often turn into quiet analyses, where I find myself noticing sidewalks, transitions, and street life before anything else.
